Welcome to Inner Navigation's drop in group therapy program!

Many of us have had bad experiences with therapy, myself included. That’s why I’m trying something new. My intention is to offer professional group therapy without the clinical feel.  I'd like to create for the community a place to come that is safe, accessible, warm, and inviting.This is a twelve week repeating program that will begin again after each completion. Each week will have a focus topic which will be approached from multiple perspectives on different days of the week, primarily physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. These groups will offer processing, psycho-education and experiential practice. You may start at any time and come and go as you please.

No insurance of any kind is accepted. The price is $50 per person per night for two hours of professional group therapy. The prices are low in order to avoid working with insurance companies so that your participation is fully in your control and that you may attend the sessions as often as you like and without input, restriction or management. I repeat, NO INSURANCE ACCEPTED!!!

You may purchase a 10 group punch card in advance for $450 which means your tenth group is free. Cash, check or paypal only. Prepayment via this website is available under the MORE tab or the purple button below and guarantees your spot. There will be a minimum of twelve seats available and the group size will be capped at fifteen. The first people who submit payment get the seats. Credit cards will only be accepted online. No balance will be carried and no refunds will be given.  If only one or two people show up, then group will possibly be reduced to one hour of personal attention for the same price. I am not anticipating for this to happen frequently but when it does, the decision of how to proceed will be reached and agreed upon by all.

You MUST schedule a private assessment with me before showing up for group. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This one time prerequisite will last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes and costs $75. During this time, we will discuss your mental health history, your reasons and intentions for participating and assess your appropriateness for the group setting. The safety of the container is my number one priority and I reserve the right to deny participation to any client at any time.

Please note that this is not an IOP (Intensive Out-Patient) program. This group provides a low level of care for stable adults and is not appropriate for those battling acute drug addiction or in the throes of untreated trauma.
